This fee is set by the State of California.

1 document, 1 signer = $15

2 documents, 2 signers = $30

Mobile Service & Travel Fees

(Based on distance, travel time, appointment time, and availability — including evenings and weekends)

Our mobile service fees cover travel to your location and time reserved for your appointment. These fees are earned once the appointment is scheduled or the notary arrives, regardless of whether notarization is completed.

Additional signatures, multi-page documents, or specialty locations may incur additional fees.

These appointments require additional coordination, time, and security procedures:

Nursing Homes & Hospitals: starting at $100

$20 Surcharge for Late Arrival:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, a $20 surcharge will apply and may result in the need to reschedule the appointment.

$20 Surcharge for Extended Appointments:

A $20 surcharge will apply if the appointment exceeds the initial one-hour time slot. This may be necessary if there are a large number of documents or if the appointment requires additional time.
