Appointment Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to receive a refund of any advance payment. To cancel or reschedule, simply use the "Cancel" or "Reschedule" hyperlinks at the bottom of your "Notary Appointment Confirmation & Instructions" email. For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, please call me directly and follow up with a text message if I do not answer right away.
Clerical Errors:
If I make a clerical error (e.g., incorrect date, misspelled name), I will correct it at no additional charge. If a correction is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 3 days of the original payment date.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account. The timeframe may vary based on your financial institution.
