Our starting fees include travel to your location, base service, and the first notarized signature. Additional signatures, multi-page documents, or specialty locations may incur extra fees. All appointments require payment in advance to secure your time.

$20 Surcharge for Late Arrival:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, a $20 surcharge will apply and may result in the need to reschedule the appointment.
$20 Surcharge for Extended Appointments:
A $20 surcharge will apply if the appointment exceeds the initial one-hour time slot. This may be necessary if there are a large number of documents or if the appointment requires additional time.
