After Hours Fee: $30.00
$20 Surcharge for Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, a $20 surcharge will apply and may result in the need to reschedule the appointment.
$20 Surcharge for Extended Appointments: A $20 surcharge will apply if the appointment exceeds the initial one-hour time slot. This may be necessary if there are a large number of documents or if the appointment requires additional time.

Travel Fees:
I offer the flexibility of coming to your preferred signing location, whether it’s your home, office, or another convenient spot. Travel fees are calculated based on the number of miles traveled from my base at zip code 91765 to your location.
Travel Fee Structure:
$15.00 Travel Fee: For appointments within a
5 mile radius or less.
$20.00 Travel Fee: For appointments within
6 - 10 mile radius.
$25.00 Travel Fee: For appointments within
11 - 15 mile radius and so forth.
Please note: An additional fee of $30 will apply if there is heavy traffic.

Refund Policy:
Appointment Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24-48 hours' notice to receive a refund of any advance payment. To cancel or reschedule, simply use the "Cancel" or "Reschedule" hyperlinks at the bottom of your "Appointment Confirmation & Instructions" email. For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, please call me directly and follow up with a text message if I do not answer right away.
Clerical Errors:
If I make a clerical error (e.g., incorrect date, misspelled name), I will correct it at no additional charge. If a correction is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 3 days of the original payment date.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account. The timeframe may vary based on your financial institution.
