Starting Travel Fee : $10 +
Travel fees vary based on distance from zip code 91765 (Diamond Bar), travel time, and the meeting time. Please note that all fees must be paid in advance to secure the appointment. Fees are nonrefundable if the appointment is not canceled before departure.
Rush Hour Fee: $25 +
During peak traffic hours, additional travel time may be required between scheduled appointments. However, I am happy to accommodate your transaction needs during these times.
These are in addition to my travel fee. Each notarized signature is subject to a California-regulated fee of $15 per signer. (For example, two signers on one document would total $30.)

$20 Surcharge for Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, a $20 surcharge will apply and may result in the need to reschedule the appointment.
$20 Surcharge for Extended Appointments: A $20 surcharge will apply if the appointment exceeds the initial one-hour time slot. This may be necessary if there are a large number of documents or if the appointment requires additional time.

Travel fees:
Travel fees are required in advance and are non-refundable, unless you cancel before I depart for your appointment.
Arrival:
Please arrive on time with all signers present. Translating for signers is not permitted.
Documents:
Documents cannot have missing pages, and you must complete them as instructed by the attorney or provider to clarify any confusing parts.
Names on the documents:
The signer must ensure that the name on the document matches their name on the identification, with any spelling or significant variations being reasonably similar for identity verification purposes.
Identification:
IDs must be current or issued within the last 5 years (no non-photo or temporary driver licenses). If proper ID is unavailable, two witnesses who are not named in the document and have no financial interest can attest to your identity. They must take an oath and have proper identification themselves. Alternatively, one credible witness who knows both the notary and the signer can also verify identity, provided they have proper ID and take an oath as well.

Appointment Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to receive a refund of any advance payment. To cancel or reschedule, simply use the "Cancel" or "Reschedule" hyperlinks at the bottom of your "Notary Appointment Confirmation & Instructions" email. For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, please call me directly and follow up with a text message if I do not answer right away.
Clerical Errors:
If I make a clerical error (e.g., incorrect date, misspelled name), I will correct it at no additional charge. If a correction is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 3 days of the original payment date.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account. The timeframe may vary based on your financial institution.
